Tradeshow
From consulting and strategy development to implementation and support, our comprehensive services based around trade shows can help your business thrive.

We design exhibition spaces around three things: your brand, your audience, and the specific show floor you're walking into. Every project starts with a detailed brief — understanding how you want people to feel, what you need them to do, and what constraints the venue imposes. From there, we develop spatial layouts, circulation flow, and visual identity into a coherent design that works in three dimensions, not just on screen. Every design is presented with full 3D renderings and material specifications before anything goes into production — so what you approve is exactly what gets built.
All fabrication is handled through our own factory network — no third-party manufacturers, no outsourced components. Once the design is approved, our production team works from the exact specifications developed during the design phase: material selection, structural fabrication, surface finishing, graphics production, and quality checks before anything is packed for shipping. Because design and production sit within the same team, technical issues get resolved early instead of on the show floor.

Once production is complete, we manage everything required to get the booth from our facility to the venue floor. On arrival, we liaise directly with the venue on delivery scheduling, loading dock access, and build timelines. Installation follows a detailed floor plan and component sequence — every structural element, graphic, light fitting, and AV mount is checked against the original design before the show opens. Teardown and return freight are coordinated with the same level of detail on the way out.
We assign a dedicated project manager to every show — present from the first day of build through to final teardown. They work from a full briefing on your objectives, your team's schedule, and every operational detail of the booth. On the ground, they manage the installation crew, coordinate with venue staff, run the show-day schedule, and handle issues as they come up. Your team can be assured that there will always be a point of contact for everything that happens on the floor.
